Mr. Hochkeppel has worked for 34 years in virtually every aspect of business management for closely held companies; including Sales, Estimating, Branch Management, IT Management and CFO. His experience has provided him a wide range of knowledge that he now enjoys sharing with other business owners. Ken is the principle consultant with Enterprise Analysis; his mission is to help companies navigate growth and change while achieving breakthrough performance. Ken has worked with dozens of companies across the country providing council and coaching to mid-market business owners in the green industry and contractor trade sectors. He delivers a no-nonsense outside perspective with a focus on providing solutions that return increased profitability. He strives to achieve this, through organizational restructuring, advancing systems, procedures and technology and developing financial accountability across the business.
Ken has a Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture from Rutgers University and an MBA in finance from George Mason University with an emphasis in organizational behavior and project management; he possesses strong planning, organizational and problem-solving skills. Ken has a successful record at motivating individuals and teams to achieve excellence and has proven expertise in identifying business processes, adapting computer applications, and financial analysis. He served 14 years as Chief Financial Officer for Ruppert Landscape, Inc., a multi-branch mid-Atlantic region commercial service and construction provider. Ken and his wife Mary live in Ellicott City Maryland, have two daughters Christine and Michelle and spend their summers with family and friends at their cottage in Canada.
